(Oklahoma City, Oklahoma) Revenue Management Solutions, LLC (RMS) announced today the acquisition of the MedRx® healthcare industry business unit from Critical Technologies, Inc. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The MedRx® business unit will broaden RMS’ existing innovative offering that is a hosted service providing comprehensive processing of healthcare receivables.
